1. Why is your project needed? In a few short sentences, please describe the evidence that shows your project is something that your community needs. 2. What do you want to do? In a few short sentences, please describe the work or activities that your project will carry out. For example: * Establish a flexible, affordable, compassionate door-to-door Community Transport service using a wheelchair accessible vehicle in South Kintyre * Build a new community owned multipurpose astroturf pitch. * Refurbish an empty premises in Lochgoil to establish a Youth Cafe that will deliver a programme of after-school activities for young people.
3. What benefits/positive changes will your project bring about? In a few short sentences, please describe the benefits or positive changes that your project will bring about for the people or organisations taking part. These could be specific changes in project participants’ behaviour, knowledge, skills, status and level of functioning. For example: * Older residents and those facing challenging circumstances will stay connected to their local communities and have improved health and wellbeing. * More people of all ages will get involved with local sporting activities leading to improved health and wellbeing and reduced isolation. * Increased numbers of young people will get involved with independent, local facilities leading to a thriving year-round community.
