Before your community group or organisation shares a project proposal on Aspiring Places, please consider the following information:

You are responsible for uploading and updating any information that you share on Aspiring Places.

Sharing a project proposal on Aspiring Places does not mean that your project will be funded or delivered.

Aspiring Places is in the public domain, meaning anyone can view the site. Please do not share any personal information in your project proposal.

Information that you share about your project proposal may be shared on the Council website and Council social media channels to promote Aspiring Places.

The Council will not manage any conflicts between groups on Aspiring Places.

Aspiring Places has a built-in messaging function. This means you could be contacted by members of the public, other community groups, the Council, and its partners via direct message to discuss your project proposal.

You are responsible for checking any notifications received via Aspiring Places.

Unless otherwise agreed, your community group or organisation is responsible for the delivery of your project proposal on Aspiring Places.

If your project proposal on Aspiring Places is being taken forward by a different group or organisation, your group/organisation (as the original proposer) should be seen as an equal partner.
